Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

• New and unused
• In original packaging
• Uninstalled and unmodified
• In resalable condition

Customers must contact Whip Gear prior to returning any item to obtain return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Installed or used products
• Products with damaged or missing packaging
• Electrical components
• Clearance or special-order items
• Custom or made-to-order products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect product was received.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for processing depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Fitment Responsibility
